These terms apply to the public LoRUN and LoDRY website. A building's signed proposal or service agreement governs its installation and subscription and takes priority if it differs from this page.

Website information

Website content is provided for general product information. Features, compatibility, availability, prices, and deployment requirements may change. A final scope and price are confirmed in writing after review.

Compatibility and installation

The service is intended for compatible shared laundry equipment and site conditions. Compatibility is not guaranteed until the machines, electrical setup, connectivity, and building requirements are reviewed. Electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician where required.

Service availability

Live status, timers, notifications, and reports depend on devices, power, internet connectivity, third-party platforms, carriers, and equipment signals. Information may be delayed, interrupted, or incomplete and should not be used for safety-critical decisions.

Machine health information

Power anomaly alerts compare readings with learned patterns. They are operational signals for follow-up and do not diagnose mechanical faults, guarantee a failure prediction, or replace inspection by a qualified technician.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information submitted through the services and for protecting your account or verification access. Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful material.

Pricing and messages

Website plan prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Hardware, installation, taxes, and optional usage charges may be separate. SMS is currently priced at $0.007 USD per message and supports Canadian phone numbers. The applicable proposal confirms current prices and terms.
