The applications may process building, unit, machine activity, service request, notification, and account verification information required to provide their features.

Notifications and phone numbers

A verified phone number may be used to confirm access and deliver notifications you request. SMS currently supports Canadian phone numbers. Carrier messaging and data charges may apply. Notification delivery can be affected by device, carrier, network, or platform conditions.

Sharing and service providers

We may use hosting, messaging, analytics, and infrastructure providers to operate the service. We share information only as needed for those services, a building deployment, legal obligations, security, or a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can decline optional notifications, update applicable account information in the application, or ask us about access, correction, or deletion. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, contract, security, or legitimate operational needs.
